I’ve worked with Gina multiple times—when moving into a new house, setting up a new office, reorganizing our entire office space to be more functional, and now, tackling my home room by room.
As a working mom of a 19-month-old, running three businesses and managing a household, I never seem to have the time to organize my home the way I’d like. That’s where Gina steps in! She provides a full quote, and all I have to do is choose a room and schedule a date. She takes care of the rest.
So far, we’ve transformed my spare room and my son’s nursery—especially important since his room was the project that stressed me out the most. The difference is incredible! Everything is easy to find, making bath time and our afternoons together so much smoother. My spare room is finally a proper guest space rather than a storage mess.

“I was quite beside myself, with my Mom in law’s 8 week stay in hospital, after a fall in her three bedroom townhouse in Greenstone. It was clear that she would not be able to live alone any longer. Whilst we were lucky enough to get her into assisted living at Eden Haven, we were faced with having to deal with a Town House over furnished and cluttered with 78 years of possessions. Not knowing who to turn to, with an old lady who had parted with nothing and not wanting to part with a thing, I took solace in Chat GBT, who suggested a professional declutter service in the person of Gina Pires. No sooner did I make contact, pay a deposit and mandate Gina for the delicate task at hand. Now, a few weeks later, every unwanted item has gone, many donated , some sold, some simply removed. The cat, inoculated and delivered to the animal anti cruelty league for bordering until Grandpa’s return from the USA, but that is not all. At my request, Gina took ownership of  painting the townhouse, coupled with a deep clean. Her task was executed with aplomb, for a job fraught with difficulty. Dealing with mom not wanting to let go of anything but having to downscale from a 109 square metre townhouse to a single bedroom at Eden Haven, coupled with tearing family dynamics pulling in different directions, spearheaded by an anxious son-in- law just wanting “ the stuff out of there” to enable a sale. My goodness, Gina , a world class savior! The, knowledge , know how, patience and people skills of a true Patron Saint!With thanks and appreciation”

“Thank you so much for your generous donation of various items for the benefit of the children at Hotel Hope. Words truly cannot express enough our gratitude to you, but they have to suffice right now.
And just like that, we have stepped into 2026. The final month of 2025 was a true whirlwind of activity and emotion at Hotel Hope. Schools—including our in-house Montessori Pre-School—closed for the long-awaited summer holidays, bringing full days of laughter, games, and togetherness in all five of our homes.
A particularly meaningful milestone was reached as our oldest boy, N., prepares to start High School this month. Watching him take this next step fills us with pride, and we wish him only the very best as he begins this exciting new chapter.
Christmas, as always, was the highlight of the month. Staying true to our much-loved tradition, we celebrated with a church service shared by all our children, followed by a joyful breakfast together. Then came the moment everyone waits for—hours of gift-giving. Year after year, the sheer delight on the children’s faces never grows old. These moments are only possible because of your generosity and faithful support.
Here’s to a wonderful 2026 and many more beautiful stories yet to be written.

In just 4 days Gina managed to neatly pack up our old house, arrange safe transport of all our goods, set up our appliances and unpack every single box into our new house.
She organised our entire kitchen, living room, bathrooms and bedrooms with so much care. Our clothes were even hung up, folded and colour coded!!
To top it off, we slept in a newly made up bed on the first night in our new home without having to lift a finger.
